My name is Heidi Smith and I am the math intervention teacher at Holleman.  Before becoming that math interventionist I spent three years teaching third grade math and science at Holleman.  I have also taught grades 4, 2 and 1st throughout the years. 

I was born and raised in Green River, Wyoming.  After I graduated from high school I attended college at Brigham Young University Idaho.  My husband and I moved to the Houston area where I did my student teaching and began my teaching career in Aldine ISD.  

My husband Bo and I have 4 amazing kids.  We have 2 boys and 2 girls - we love our even split.  Our children keep our family very busy.  We enjoy going on family trips, attending church together and playing games as a family.  My girls and I love to cook and spend a lot of time trying out new recipes.  

I am excited to help you with all of your math questions this year!  I enjoy teaching math and I know we are going to have a fantastic school year!  Waller Bulldogs are the BEST!
