Waller Independent School District

Brittany Neel is an active parent, business owner, and volunteer in the community. She is a strong advocate for Waller ISD (WISD) students and staff, working to help ensure every child receives the education and tools needed to succeed and that every teacher is supported. 

Brittany grew up in Tomball, Texas, and moved to Waller with her husband, Jason, in 2008. They have three children: Adley, Jaycee, and Barrett. Brittany serves as the Business Development Manager for Stuckey's, LLC, and her family is part-owners of Kindred Learning Academy. 

She began volunteering for WISD long before her children started school. She served on the 2015 Bond Advisory Committee, 2019 Bond Advisory Committee, 2022 Long-Range Planning Committee, and the Fields Store Elementary PTO. She is also active in the Cleft Parent Community where she has helped organize a group of more than 19,000 members. She has also served on the Waller County Fair Board. In her free time, Brittany enjoys outdoor activities such as archery, hunting, and fishing as well as helping around the family farm, spending time on the lake, and reading. 

Neel was appointed to the Board in August 2023 to complete the term of office for Dr. Michael Prince who resigned for health reasons. She is thankful to be a part of the team shaping the future of the WISD family.
