Pre kindergarten is the foundation that promotes children’s success academically, socially, and emotionally. The Pre K curriculum content is guided by the Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines, covering ten domains: Social & Emotional Development, Language and Communication, Emergent Literacy Reading, Emergent Literacy Writing, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Fine Arts, Physical Development and Technology.
To achieve success in providing the best possible program we use centers, learning stations, play, games, songs, large and small group instruction and individual instruction. We also depend on parents and grandparents as they are the child’s first teachers!
Children come to us at different ages and with different learning experiences, but with teacher guided experiences they have the opportunity to acquire needed skills and concepts to further their success for the rest of their lives. We strive to make pre kindergarten the place that children want to be!
